Privacy notice

Updated 8 October 2026. This notice covers the public MINT website, its enquiry form, and practice workspaces.

Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, email, enquiry interest, and any optional organisation or message you provide. With your consent, it sends those details through FormSubmit to hepsyenterpriseinfo@gmail.com so Hepsy Enterprise can respond to your request. Do not include student names, records, or other sensitive information.

FormSubmit processes submissions and may use a spam-verification service. Gmail processes the email received by Hepsy Enterprise. Review FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their handling of information.

Practice workspaces

The practice workspaces contain fictional learner data. Changes are held in browser session storage for the practice session. Use Reset practice data to restore the sample. Files selected in the practice environment are handled locally by its demo implementation; do not use it for real school records.

Website delivery

The website’s hosting and security services process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This notice does not describe a live school account or establish a student-data agreement.

Your choices

You can email us instead of using the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, or to withdraw permission for further contact, email hepsyenterpriseinfo@gmail.com. Tell us which enquiry you mean. We review these requests and any information we need to retain to fulfil applicable obligations.
